Are you looking to make a difference in your community? Do you enjoy working with kids, teens, adolescence, and groups? Are you passionate, creative, and motivated to gain valuable clinical experience? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you may be the right fit for Lakeside Family Counseling & Intervention Services (LFCIS).

Established in 2019, we’ve grown to nine therapists, four class facilitators, and three clerical staff. Our mission is to inspire hope, improve function with integrity and compassion, and provide “tools” to lead the way. We serve several populations, including our local Beacon/Gold Coast clientele. That paired with our newly developed non-profit, Heidi’s House of Hope, we’re excited for you to grow and develop with us.

We are always looking for great clinicians for our growing center. Currently our clients prefer in-person session but teletherapy can be performed at times. We are requesting that clinicians live within Ventura County. This is both an internship as well as employment. You will receive both individual and group supervision toward full licensure for the State of California.

Pay structure:

Licensed and Associate Clinicians are credentialed with insurance companies and can accept cash clients. Clients are paid an hourly wage for each completed session. All clinicians are W-2 and paid twice per month.
