Our court approved 52-week program will help you
- Learn the cycle of violence
- Learn forms of abuse; physical, emotional, sexual, economic, property destruction, and the behaviors that jeopardize the health, well-being, and safety of others.
- Learn the impact that domestic violence has on the family.
- Learn to identify emotions and express feelings instead of reacting on them.
- Learn to communicate your needs clearly and create positive relationships that foster healthy self-esteem
We have both men and women's groups
- Two-Hour group sessions held at a scheduled time every week.
- Court Mandated or Self-Referral's welcome.
- All sessions are currently online using a video camera on your phone, tablet or computer.
- Group interaction is required in order to explore and understand various topics related to domestic violence and abuse.
